The Yapp Charitable Trust supports small registered charities (annual expenditure less than £40,000 per year) with running and salary costs for existing projects.

The Trust is looking for organisations who work with the following groups:

• Older people
• Children and young people aged 5 – 25
• People with disabilities or mental health problems
• People trying to overcome life-limiting problems of a social, rather than medical, origin – such as addiction, relationship difficulties, abuse, a history of offending

They will not fund work that does not focus on one of the above priority groups . Furthermore they only make grants for core funding.  They define core funding as the costs associated with regular activities or services that have been ongoing for at least a year.  They can not fund new projects, extra services or additional delivery costs.

This is a rolling programme there are no deadlines. Their website has full details
