The Trust supports a wide range of charitable causes. In the past, these have included medical research, the welfare of young and old people, the arts, animal welfare, and for overseas benefit. Grants are typically under £5000

Grants are awarded under the following categories:

• Overseas/famine relief
• Religious activities
• Arts/culture
• Sports/recreation
• Environment/conservation

There are no deadlines, and trustees meet twice each year to review applications.
