Tudor Trust

Will not be reopening to new applications in April

In a statement they say “Last year we announced that we would be closing to new grant applications for one year to reimagine the future of the trust. A key driver for this was to take the time for staff and trustees to learn more about racial justice and look at how to build all aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion into our work.

At the time, we planned to be reopening in April 2023, with revised guidelines. Today we are announcing that we will not be reopening in April and are not yet able to say when we will be accepting new applications. We are sorry for this late notice.

We want to reopen as a trust that can say we are truly striving to be an anti-racist organisation. At the moment, we aren’t able to say that. Staff and trustees are still learning about racial justice, white supremacy culture and how racism exists within Tudor and the wider society in which we operate. We need to do more work here.”
