Grants are available for organisations undertaking welfare projects for elderly people in England and Wales. Grant amount: Grants of between £5,000 and £40,000 are available Application process: In writing to the charity.

Dear Team at The Francis Winham Foundation,
I am part of a Community Interest Company with two other colleagues. We are looking to provide free reading, writing and poetry classes for people with mental health needs and older adults through community funding. At present, we run the same courses at the Somerset Recovery College. We are now aiming to expand our work to other areas to reach more people in Wells and Somerton.
Do you have an opening for funding for this year and next year that we can please apply for?
