A major part of my work is in project planning and helping organisations develop ideas into fundable projects.  This is everything from the project description through to monitoring and evaluation, how it will be managed and how the ideas originated in the community, and not forgetting the budgets. And of course what will be the changes that the project will bring to people and the community
