Following the launch of their new Building a Better Future Strategy in October, the Foundation have now opened their funding with a 3rd March 2023 deadline, the first 8 themes that they will support under their new Specialist Programme have now gone live. These are:
- Addiction
- Asylum Seekers and Refugees
- Care Leavers
- Domestic Abuse
- Homelessness
- Offending
- Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
- Trafficking and Modern Slavery
Full eligibility criteria for each theme can be found here: https://www.lloydsbankfoundation.org.uk/funding/specialist-programme
A webinar on the new Specialist Programme will take place on January 12th. Register for this here.
Further new programmes to support Black, Asian and minority led charities and Deaf and Disabled Led Organisations will follow in 2023.
Charities must be doing specialist work within the theme, and it should state this in their charitable objects. A key thing to note is that there is a key change to the basic criteria which will apply to all applications, as we can now only support charities with a turnover of between £25,000-£500,000.
