Writing the actual application is only the final stage in the grant application process, to give yourselves the best chance of success invest time in the planning and development to ensure you have a clear and concise project that has good achievable outcomes that you can measure your success against.  Also remember to think about what makes your application stronger/ different to ones from similar organisations.

Funders will see hundreds of applications, yours need to stand out and make a strong case – for example try and use local stats rather than national data as this can help set you apart from another organisation.
