Reaching Communities provide grants between £10,000-£500,000 for voluntary or community groups. If you’re looking to make a positive change to your community, this could be the fund for you.

They are looking to hear from projects that support:

• Lasting and sustainable changes to places and spaces
• Communities to develop happier and stronger relationships with each other
• Taking action to focus on the root causes of social problems to tackle them at the earliest possible stage
