At The Institute of Fundraising Cymru, we’re piloting a new executive coaching programme for individuals and small groups in Wales who want to develop their professional skills and invest in their charity.

Our coaches are experienced in fundraising and income generation and will work with you to address any fundraising issues you may have, or support you through a particular project.

We’re offering ten places for the coaching programme, which is suitable for several different positions, including fundraiser/development officers, fundraising managers and directors, senior management teams, and trustees. If your charity is applying, you must be based in Wales and registered with the Charity Commission. You’ll also need to identify a specific challenge or area of development where you think we could help you.

If your charity is successful, you will meet with your coach to develop tailored activities to build your knowledge and confidence in fundraising.
