The King Charles III Charitable Fund (KCCF) has refreshed its Small Grants Programme for 2025–26, making it more accessible and focused on supporting community-led projects across the UK. With targeted application windows by theme and clearer eligibility rules, this is a strong opportunity for small charities and grassroots groups.

Deadlines
Applications are open in three theme-specific rounds per year:

Exact opening and closing dates will be published two weeks before each round.
Eligibility

Open to UK-based charities with an annual income between £25,000 and £500,000.

Project costs must be no more than £50,000.

Maximum grant available is £9,000, spread over up to three years.

Organisations must wait two years before reapplying if they’ve received a grant or submitted an application previously.
