I can help develop your organisations approach to funding; from preparing a funding strategy through to identifying potential funding opportunities, and assistance applying for funding. I have experience with European, Lottery and Charitable Trust funding.
Community Needs Assessments / Feasibility studies
Needs assessments and feasibility studies are an important part in making funding applications to demonstrate the need for a project. In undertaking this work I will provide a range of possible options with recommendations for the option most suited to the organisation / project / community. This work can include; looking at the feasibility of developing a new project / business venture or the needs of a community to make best use of a village hall.

I also provide a mentoring service to groups to give support over a longer period. This can be to help them through a difficult period, or to provide assistance developing a project where intensive work is not necessarily needed, but where the group benefits from having additional support available. This could be to develop a funding strategy, provide support while setting up a group or while undergoing a period of change.
I undertake social / economic research including community profiling, economic analysis and cost benefit analysis studies. I also offer a comprehensive questionnaire design and analysis service.
