I work primarily with Voluntary and Charitable organisations to support the development of the organisation. This can be from business or strategic planning through to undertaking needs assessment and feasibility studies.

I also offer support to organisation going through periods of change or who are in need or internal development / restructuring.

I have undertaken research for Wales Assembly Government, University of Wales (Cardiff and Aberystwyth) as well as national charities including the Ramblers Association.

Past research has included the development of the Welsh Index of Sustainable Economic Welfare, The social and economic value of walking in England, The capacity of Voluntary organisations in Powys to deliver contracts for the Local Authority

I have also undertaken more local research including feasibility studies for project development, needs assessments for community buildings and tourism and visitor surveys.

I also offer a complete survey design and analysis service, using online, email or paper based surveys. See examples of some surveys below

I have supported groups to access funding from a number of sources including European, Lottery and Charitable Trusts. I also help groups to write their funding strategies and develop new areas of funding, such as the Internet, donors and developing social enterprises. [more ]
