All funding is for one year and they do not offer multi-year funding. Grants of up to £5,000 can be awarded anywhere in the UK for capital and revenue expenditure.
Capital funding is used to buy tangible items such as equipment or training materials.
Revenue funding will pay for project costs such as sessional worker fees, salaries, room hire or other costs incurred in the delivery of the charitable priorities.
They want to fund an entire element rather than make a contribution to a larger budget. One example would be to fund all of the training materials. Another could be to fund the two days per week that a sessional worker spends working with disadvantaged people in a particular area.
If you are unsuccessful you can re-apply at any time.
They cannot fund Community Amateur Sports Clubs or not-for-profit organisations unless they are also registered charities.
