LIDL Neighbourly Grants

Lidl are launching the Lidl Community Fund, a £500,000 fund dedicated to supporting our Feed it Back partners to support those experiencing food poverty.

The fund is accessible to good causes in the Neighbourly network, to be used for the purposes of helping to tackle hunger in our local communities.

Grants will be available to charities and community groups in three tiers:

1. Emergency grants (£200)

To address immediate short term issues, such as sudden increased demands for food parcels

2. Regular grants (£500)

For securing continued improved access to food (e.g. improving food storage capacities)

3. Large Grants ( up to £5,000)

For the creation of long term benefits (e.g. refurbishment of food preparation areas or premises)

Successful applicants will need to outline the intended use for the funds, and provide progress updates following receipt of them.

Organisations can apply for up to one grant per quarter, and are encouraged to apply again with updated details should their initial application be unsuccessful
