I have helped many organisations secure funding from a mixture of sources including Lottery, European sources and charitable trusts. I have also worked with groups to develop their funding strategy and core funding
Rhayader and District Community Support - As chairman and now secretary I’ve overseen the purchase of a large community building, that provides accommodation for 5 other organisations a telecentre and training room. Had 2 successful lottery applications to provide community transport and presently seeking to develop a community nursery.
Powys Transport Training Agency - wrote the business plan and lottery application to develop this training agency that is now in its 6th year of operation and has generated £20,000+ of income
Mid Powys Mind - Provided support over several years to secure funding for both core and project work in excess of £50,000
Radnorshire Wildlife Trust - Secured a small grant to develop an environmental consultancy that is now generating an annual profit of over £10k
Builth Community Support - Secured funding and gave advice on developing a lease for a community shop, this iis now generating a health profit to support the organisations core activities
