Revenue grants are available to any town or parish council, neighbourhood forum, or qualifying community group in England to assess the feasibility of a community building project before submitting a Community Right to Build Order.

Community-led Buildings Pre-Feasibility Grant

Amount of grant available Between £1,000 and £10,000

What you can use this grant for the feasibility of a community-led building project prior to submitting a Community Right to Build Order.

If you have identified a possible community-led building project and are assessing the way forward, a pre-feasibility grant will give you broad-brush information to help you progress.

Applications for grant for 2017-18 can be submitted from 1 February 2017 until 1 October 2017. Expenditure through a grant must be completed by 31 December 2017.
