The Coastal Communities Fund supports the development of coastal locations by promoting sustainable economic growth and jobs, enabling local people to respond to the changing needs and opportunities in their area.

A range of organisations can apply now for grants to support projects exceeding £50,000 that will lead to regeneration and economic growth while safeguarding and creating sustainable jobs.

All projects funded through CCF are expected to deliver the following outcome:
“Coastal communities will experience regeneration and economic growth through
projects that directly or indirectly create sustainable jobs and safeguard existing
jobs.”

Funding will cover capital and revenue costs. A number of revenue projects which are ‘ready to go’ and can be fast tracked are also being supported. The ‘fast track’ option is for revenue projects only, providing no more than £10,000 for essential capital equipment.
