initiatives with no minimum or maximum amount that can be applied for. The Sustainable Property
Fund is provided and administered by Bridges Ventures, an investment company whose commercial
expertise is used to deliver both financial returns and social and environmental benefits. The Fund is
an opportunistic and entrepreneurial programme that invests in properties in regeneration areas and
environmentally sustainable buildings that have the potential to make strong financial returns as well
as delivering a social or environmental impact.
